Fortunately, there are many different designer brands and types of perfumes on the market today. Classic, clean, fresh, floral, earthy, spicy, sexy, musky, the list goes on and
on. You don't have to single out one perfume brand in order to have a signature scent. Layering scents is a creative way to smell even more unique. A
good means of experimentation when layering scents is to mix the scents on your wrists, and if you like the results then dab them elsewhere. On the other hand,
layering scents does not have to be like blending lipsticks directly on top of each other to achieve the perfect coloration. For subtle layering, lightly dab
one kind of cologne in strategic locations, such as pulse points, then lightly spray your other favorite perfume in the air and let it float onto you.
I'm sure you've gone shopping in a department store and tried on different sample scents that are eagerly given to you. If you find one you like,
don't immediately assume that its going to smell good once you put it on. For example, a cologne that smells fabulous on your best friend may not work for you
because the fragrance must mix with your individual body chemistry. A crisp and clean scent on one person may smell awful on another. Give a new scent at least
20 minutes of wearing time, before deciding if this scent is truly right for you.
